Return Form

Did you receive a defective or incorrect product from FlipCash? Don’t worry — we’ve got a hassle-free return and replacement process.

When to use this form:

  • You received a wrong product

  • Product is not working on delivery

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • You’re not satisfied and want a replacement (conditions apply)

What you need to provide:

  • Order ID or IMEI Number

  • Clear photos or video of the product

  • Your contact details

  • Reason for return

Once we receive your request, our team will verify the issue and respond within 48 hours. If approved, a pickup will be scheduled and a replacement will be processed or refund issued as per policy.

Support Form

What you need to provide:

  • Your name, email, and phone number

Warranty Claim Form

FlipCash offers a 6-month warranty on selected repair services and parts. If you’re facing an issue after a recent repair, you can raise a warranty claim here.

When to use this form:

  • Your replaced screen has dead pixels or touch issues

  • Battery is not working as expected

  • Any hardware failure that falls under warranty terms

What you need to provide:

  • Order ID / Phone IMEI

  • Photos or video showing the issue

  • Copy of your service receipt (if available)

Once submitted, our technician will visit again or you may be asked to return the part. Based on the condition, we’ll either replace the part or refund the service.
