Cancellation & Refund Policy

At FlipCash, we are committed to providing quality refurbished devices and reliable repair services. This cancellation and refund policy, issued under the name of Sagar Shivaji Thorat, outlines the conditions under which a customer may request a cancellation or refund.


1. Order Cancellation   –  Customers may request cancellation immediately after placing the order. Once the product is dispatched or repair service is confirmed, cancellations may not be accepted.  Note: For urgent cancellations, please contact support@flipcash.in within 1 hour of placing the order.


2. Non-Cancellable Items – Orders for the following are not eligible for cancellation after confirmation:

  • Devices under final-stage quality check or packaging

  • Scheduled doorstep repairs

  • Custom orders or device upgrades (if communicated beforehand)


3. Damaged or Faulty Products – If a device is found damaged or not functioning as expected upon delivery, customers must:

  • Report the issue within 15 days of receiving the product

  • Provide IMEI or Order ID

  • Share a video/unboxing proof of the problem

After verification, FlipCash will:

  • Offer a replacement (if available)
    OR

  • Initiate a refund to the original payment method


4. Not as Described / Mismatch Cases – If the delivered device or accessory is different from what was ordered (wrong model/spec, color, storage, etc.), the customer must notify FlipCash within 15 days of delivery. Our team will review and resolve such cases through return, refund, or exchange.


5. Products with Manufacturer Warranty – Some accessories (like chargers, batteries) may carry a manufacturer-backed warranty. In such cases, FlipCash will assist you in connecting with the manufacturer. FlipCash is not liable for any replacement/repair once the product is transferred to brand-authorized channels.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund is approved after verification:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3 to 5 working days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment mode (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) Note: Refunds are applicable only on service/product cost. Pickup/drop or slot charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Repair Refund Policy

Flipcash Repair offers you a 6-month warranty along with a refund option.
Here’s how you can claim a refund for a screen replaced by us:

We provide a 6-month warranty with a refund option on every screen replacement under the following conditions:

  • Screen/LCD that malfunctions or does not function as intended or designed.

  • Display issues that arise without any manual intervention, such as dead pixels or touch-related problems due to screen quality.

If the screen replaced by us develops any of the above-mentioned issues, you are eligible to:

  • Claim a brand-new screen replacement with the continued 6-month warranty, OR

  • Request a refund within 7 days of the service date by returning the screen provided by us.

To initiate the refund or replacement process, simply follow these steps:

  1. Share a video of the phone clearly showing the display issue via email to support@cashify.in

  2. Send us your Phone Number, Order Number, or IMEI Number — any of these will do

  3. Our Customer Service Associate will respond within 48 hours and schedule a technician visit for screen replacement!

Please note:

  • Warranty & Refund is applicable only to the specific parts and/or services paid for.

    • If only parts were purchased: the warranty & refund apply only to those parts.

    • If both parts and repair services were purchased: the warranty also includes labor and repairs related to the original issue.

  • Slot charges are only applicable if the order is completed.

  • Refunds are applicable only on the service price, not on slot charges or any additional costs.

  5. Warranty & Completion:
    Your device is returned with a 6-month warranty, and you get a complete service report via WhatsApp or email.
