Return Policy

At FlipCash, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your refurbished device, we offer a 15-day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy — effective from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

You can request a return through any of the following ways:

Once verified, our team will arrange a pickup.

Pickup & Drop Charges – A standard ₹249 pickup & drop fee will be applicable for return processing.
However, charges may vary based on your location or distance from service hubs. In case of remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional logistics cost may apply.
FlipCash will inform you of the final pickup charge before confirmation, so there are no surprises!

Return Timelines

  • Pickup within 1–3 working days (location dependent)

  • Resolution within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Full process within 15 working days from complaint initiation

Things Required to Process the Return

  1. IMEI/Serial Number Validation
    To confirm the device is within the valid return period.

  2. Device Images & Video
    Share clear images of the front, back, and sides of the device. We may also request an unboxing or device condition video.

  3. Damage Reporting Timeframe
    If the device is damaged at the time of delivery, raise a complaint within 24 hours with an unboxing video. Delay in reporting may lead to return rejection.

  4. Return Reason Verification
    The reason for return must match the actual issue. If the device is functioning normally and the issue is unrelated, the request may be declined.

  5. Seal Integrity
    The internal FlipCash warranty seal must be intact. Any signs of tampering may void the return eligibility.

  6. Proper Return Packaging
    Pack the device securely to prevent damage in transit. Improper packaging may result in deduction of refund for any transit damages.

  • 📄 Agreement Completeness
    This return policy is part of the complete agreement between FlipCash and the customer.

  • 🌪 Force Majeure Clause
    FlipCash is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
